In a previous post I wrote about a fair taking place on Friday 30th November from 12 till 8 and Saturday 1st December from 11 till 5 in Digbeth, Birmingham. I’d recommend the fair to anyone that is a fan of handmade or vintage goods, supporting small businesses and buying unique gifts.
I was sent a goodybag by IDEAS Birmingham containing items from a few etsy sellers which you can find out more about below.
Chale design makes African inspired products and works directly with small businesses in Accra and Krobo in Ghana which I love. Aside from cards and gift tags they also sell bracelets, earrings and necklaces. Check out the Chale Design etsy store here.
Mythillogical create what they describe as ‘mixed media, three dimensional oddities’. Check out their etsy store to an array of products from button earrings and notebooks to to cake toppers and cards.
I was sent some very beautiful blue buttons from blackbird geranium who sell cushion covers, tote bags and makeup bags on their etsy store in a wide range of floral patterned fabrics.
I received some rather interesting beeswax candles from Natty Designs that are in the most incredible shape. The esty store has a whole range of candles in different scents like Spiced orange an Japanese cherry blossom.
So if you’re free on Friday 30th November or Saturday 1st December head on down to the custard factory in Digbeth where you are sure to find some amazing pieces.
*These items were sent as part of a goody bag prior to Etsy Made local Birmingham 2018, where the first 50 people each day received a goody bag for free.
